Afternoon Velda, There is not much that can be done from receiving duplicates of emails. I am guessing that the emails that you're receiving duplicates of, are junk emails. Somewhere they (the spammers) have your email address "twice" in their spamming address book. OR they are intentionally sending duplicate emails out. We can put filtering on your account to try to reduce the emails you receive. You can also change your email address. Let us know how you would like us to proceed. Teresa, Many thanks for the reply. Now I have some idea what is going on. And yes, the emails are mostly junk. Right now leave everything as is, should it get worse then perhaps a filter on the account, I will let you know. I would prefer not to change the email address. Hi, It wasn't an important email, it was from Kazmaiers Market with their weeking ad and $5.00 coupon. It usually comes on Sundays. But perhaps they forgot it this week. Also, I have received 3 emails saying my box is full and another wanting to up date my account and each asking me to fill in private information. I have deleted them, as I did not think you would send something like that. It came from a Webmaster. Looked official but I did not trust it. Morning Velda, You've done the right thing to delete those emails that are requesting your information! They're (the people also known as spammers) are trying to get you to answer their email requests to supply them with your account information so they can do malicious things with the internet using our servers. So you're putting the whammy on them my not following their requests, GOOD GIRL! We pleased with our subscribers who've come to recognize the emails for what they are. If you have questions about any emails like them,you're welcome to give us a quick call about them and we'll answer your questions.
