Afternoon all,
Tuesday, 06/02:
Robyn Mollenberg, (419) 352-1007, <rrcnkof>, missing e-mail. Appears to =
be deleted by her and cannot recover. Tim recovered some of the e-mail =
from dev and passed it to me. I unpacked it and put it in a test =
account for Robyn to look at. She=E2=80=99ll let me know if there=E2=80=99=
s anything good in there.
CASE CONTINUES
Roland Jacobson, (419) 309-8398, <rajacob & artbybj> question about =
attachments. Called, no answer. Left a message that I will call again =
or he could call back. Turns out that it=E2=80=99s only his iPad that =
won=E2=80=99t send attachments. Connects show that he=E2=80=99s =
attempting to send from a blacklisted IP, but the IP doesn=E2=80=99t =
exist in any list we have. Looking into it. He will send a series of =
test messages to us for log review. Test shows that the sending e-mail =
server is misconfigured. Since he is now on his way to California, he =
asked if I=E2=80=99d e-mail the directions to fix it. Did it.
CASE CLOSED
Paula Hartman, H: (419) 365-5022 - C: (419) 721-1018, 64.31.68.190, =
having fades in/out with the Internet. Started about a week ago. =
Sounds like it=E2=80=99s her wireless router since =E2=80=9Csignal =
fading=E2=80=9D is wifi related. Checked her connection all morning and =
had no problem reaching the modem/router on her end =E2=80=93 no drops.
CASE CLOSED
Anita Fletcher, (419) 308-3323, DSL problems, I think. Couldn=E2=80=99t =
reach her and didn=E2=80=99t get her info. Maybe Steve can call her and =
see what=E2=80=99s up.
CASE CONTINUES
Later.
Terry
