Hello.
The error message you're receiving indicates that the IP address in
question was observed sending a high percentage of spam, as determined
by our spam filters, to our customers; due to this activity, the IP
address was blocked from sending mail to our customers on the date
specified in the error message.
Blocks such as these are presently temporary, and will be automatically
removed after a pre-determined period of time has passed.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you at this time.
You or the party responsible for the server in question should be aware
of our feedback loop:
http://feedback.postmaster.rr.com/
Enrollment in the feedback loop is free, and while it is not a
guarantee
against future blocks of this type, it can at least mitigate the risk
of
such blocks and ensure that the party responsible for the server is made
aware of possible problems with mail from this server.
