I work with an ISP, WCnet.org and we are having problems receiving mail from 
the delphiforums.

Our MX record is woody8.wcnet.org ( 64.31.64.21)

could you please check and see if you can find why mail from delphiforums is 
not being received by us?

I see no record in the mail logs of any connection from your mail servers.
