Bill,  I tried what you suggested as a way to reply to your email instructions, 
and it didn't work.  As before, it showed you as the recipient of the reply, 
but had no room, or designated area in which I could type in a reply.  I 
clicked on the envelope on the left side of the original email, as instructed, 
to start the process.  Any suggestions?   Jack

Jack,

I think I know what might be going on here, but it is
a bit tough for me to know exactly what you are seeing
in the Endymion screen. Maybe it would be best if I 
could call you. Please provide me with a number I can
use to take to you while you are at your computer.
