With Win7, you need to use a different accelerator. It's not a download, all you have to do is make some adjustments. Go into Internet Explorer and click on tools/internet options. Click on the connections tab. Click on the settings button. Put a checkmark in use proxy server. For the proxy server name put: fastweb.wcnet.org. Change the port number from 80 to 8080. You can then adjust from 8080 to 8083 for speed and graphic clarity. That's it. For the Win98 machines, download the accelerator program here: http://www.wcnet.org/downloads/web_accel.exe Kirk

Doris: There are a lot of changes from Win98 to Win7, that's for sure. One of the main ones is that Microsoft no longer makes Outlook Express (if that's what you had been using). However, there is a real nice e-mail program you can download for free. It's called Thunderbird. Get it here: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/ Once you download it, give us a call at 877-729-2638 opt.2 and we'll help you set it up. This way you'll have a working e-mail program. Kirk

With Vista, you need to use a different accelerator. That's it. Kirk
