sent emails to all subscriber many times reminding them about alternate
numbers. Why would you choose one that is long distance? WCNet has built-in
redundancy in case of strange outages. Bettsville has a fiber cut
(according to Verizon) and that is why the service in that area was down.
ALL WCNet subscribers have options for additional numbers to connect.
