Subject: Nameservers and the new IP address range
Afternoon all,
Well, we finally got our new IP's to route throughout the Internet
last Thursday. Friday, Steve added new addresses to woody, woodyjr,
and woodysr in this range.
As a first step, if you "hard-code" your DNS settings, would you
please change them to 64.31.64.1 and 64.31.64.2 ? These are woody
and woodyjr respectively. I've run them all day today without a
hitch, but it would be great to have a wider test of them. If all
looks good through Thursday, we'll start planning on how to get our
subscribers to change to them. For now, only you use these new
addresses. Don't pass them on to our subscribers.
More on the conversion later once we get the preliminaries out of the way.
Terry
